Dr. Evan Musman completed his anesthesiology residency at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1994. After training, he stayed at AECOM and served as an Attending in Anesthesiology instructing residents and focused on Pain Medicine, Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology and Airway Management. He joined a private Anesthesiology practice in Connecticut where he served as the Medical Director of the Johnson Ambulatory Surgical Center and treated pain patients.

He continued his northward migration and opened Vermont Pain Management, the first, free-standing interventional pain management practice in the state. After over 15 years of practice, Dr. Musman became increasingly dissatisfied with destructive/ablative modalities including the overuse of corticosteroids, returned to Osteopathic principles and became active with regenerative modalities. He joined the Regenexx network of physicians and is affiliated with Vermont Regenerative Medicine and Dr. Jonathan Fenton.

Dr. Musman has worked tirelessly to promote the concepts of Evidence Based Medicine and, as President of the Vermont Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, has lobbied the US Congress and the Legislature of Vermont for better and continued access to these modalities.
